Patrick Abdelhay
Patrick Abdelhay is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of PACE, a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy he established in 1997. With over 30 years of experience in structural design, project management, and engineering consultancy across the Middle East, Africa, and Europe, with a renowned reputation for technical excellence, integrity, and leadership in the construction industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, American University of Beirut (AUB) – 1993
- Member of the order of Engineers & Architects of Beirut since 1993
- Member of the Kuwait Society of Engineers
- Member of the Saudi Council of Engineers
- Certified as a Class "A" Structural Consultant by the Government of Qatar
- Sworn Expert at the Lebanese Courts of Law
- Certified Real estate expert by the Banking Control Commission at the Central bank of Lebanon.
- Certification in Arbitration - Member of the United Arab Arbitrators
